Robynne Redmon’s large and varied concert repertoire has included performances singing DAS LIED VON DER ERDE with Virginia Symphony, THE VERDI REQUIEM with Seattle Symphony, Virginia Symphony, Columbus Symphony, Chautauqua Symphony and Montreal Symphony, Beethoven's MISSA SOLEMNIS which is available on Naxos with the Nashville Symphony and Seattle Symphony, DVORAK’S STABAT MATER with Columbus Symphony, Krakow Symphony, and Leipzig Symphony as well as MAHLER’S SYMPHONY NO. 2 with The Israel Philharmonic, Columbus Symphony, Montreal Symphony and Boston Symphony Orchestra, MAHLER’S SYMPHONY NO. 3 with Buffalo Symphony and MAHLER’S SYMPHONY NO.8 which was recorded live with the Virginia Symphony, and Columbus Symphony. Her recording of Stravinsky’s Les Noces with the Virginia Symphony will be released early 2015 on Naxos records.
Recent engagements for Robynne Redmon include performances with the Boston Youth Orchestra as MEZZO SOPRANO SOLOIST IN MAHLER’S SYMPHONY NO. 2, appearances with The Festival Miami in RAVEL’S CHANSONS MADECASSES, performances with the Virginia Chorale in COPLAND’S IN THE BEGINNING AND THE DURUFLE REQUIEM as well as in a return to the Atlanta Opera singing the role of Marthe in FAUST.
Upcoming engagements for Robynne Redmon include a recital appearances in Miami and two new roles which are; Madame Larina in EUGENE ONEGIN with Arizona Opera and a return to Fort Worth Opera for her role debut as Gertrude in THOMAS’ HAMLET.
Ms. Redmon has recently joined the faculty of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami. She lives in Miami with her husband and their dog.
